Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skill Growth Studio website and your participation in SGS challenges, programs and partnerships. By using the Site or registering for any activity you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use automated tools to scrape content without permission.

2. Registrations and applications

Submitting a form registers your interest; it does not guarantee a place in a challenge or program. Places are confirmed by SGS in writing. Information you submit must be accurate and current.

3. Challenges

  • Each challenge has its own brief, eligibility, rules, timeline, judging criteria and prizes, published on its challenge page. Those specific terms apply in addition to these Terms.
  • Submissions must be your own original work. Third-party or AI-assisted material must be declared where required by the challenge rules.
  • Unless a challenge states otherwise, participants retain ownership of their work and grant SGS and the partner brand a licence to review, display and promote submissions with credit to the participants.
  • Decisions of the jury are final. Plagiarism, misrepresentation or breach of rules may lead to disqualification.

4. Programs

Program fees, batch dates, cancellation and refund terms are communicated at the time of enrolment. Certificates are issued on satisfactory completion of the program requirements.

5. Intellectual property

The SGS name, logo, website content and program materials are owned by Skill Growth Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Opportunities

Internship, project or employment opportunities offered by partner brands are between the brand and the participant. SGS facilitates introductions but is not a party to those arrangements and does not guarantee any opportunity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SGS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or participation in activities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
